Kristen Ludecke, Vice President for Federal Affairs, PSEG Services Corporation
"After inheriting a fifteen-year unsuccessful industry effort; in less than 24 months Tim Yehl mastered a fairly arcane topic, educated and gained bi-partisan support from Members of both the House and Senate and secured specific legislative language in the MAP-21 Transportation Law, creating opportunities for legislatures in nearly every state to enact lifesaving highway-safety legislation. Tim is a quick study; an innovative problem solver, and a tireless worker and organizer who was able to develop consensus among stakeholders, regardless of ideology."
