Tim Yehl Biography
Tim Yehl is a Capitol Hill veteran, logging 15 years of service with several prominent Members of the House and Senate.
Most recently, Tim served as Chief of Staff to Senator Frank Lautenberg (D-NJ) where he directed alll aspects of legislative strategy, constituent services, press and media relations for the Senator's Washington, DC and New Jersey operations. Before working for Senator Lautenberg, Tim spent six years as Chief of Staff to Congressman Frank Pallone, Jr. (D-NJ) the Chairman of the House Energy and Commerce Committee. Tim also served as Legislative Assistant to Rep. Gerald Klezcka (D-WI) who was a Member of the Ways and Means Committee, and to Rep. Bart Gordon (D-TN), former Chair of the House Committee on Science, Space and Technology.
Moving to the private sector in 2007, Tim served as Executive Vice President and General Manager at MWW Group's Washington, DC office. There, he managed all operations of the office and led MWW through a dramatic expansion, doubling the staff and tripling the revenue line.
In 2009, Tim decided to strike out on his own as an independent consultant, serving clients in the healthcare, energy, transportation, financial and media sectors.
Tim also has held leadership roles in several local and statewide political campaigns. Prior to coming to Washington, he served as a volunteer in the United States Peace Corps in Cameroon, West Africa. Tim is a graduate of Marquette University and was named its "Young Alumnus of the Year" in 2005. Tim serves on the university's Board of Visitors for the Les Aspin Center for Government and as the Advisory Board Chairman for the Greater Washington Chapter of RAINBOWS, an international nonprofit dedicted to helping grieving children.
